Bayrich Construction Inc. is a full service landscape construction company. Our design staff begins the process with you to discover your yards full potential with complimentary consultations. This same staff manages the necessary permits and HOA approvals, to maintain the original design, in order to get to that ever important ground breaking.From this point, whether it is transforming a lawn into native plantings, an outdoor kitchen expansion, or full concept pool construction, our crews are here to get the job done. All concrete, masonry, woodwork, and landscape crews are in house, and this allows us to set the schedules for our projects and not to be waiting on sub-contractors.

Our History
Established in 1981
Dell Bailey is the president and owner of Bayrich Construction, Inc. He started the company as a brick mason and worked throughout Orange County laying brick for many pool decks, walls and driveways. Bayrich expanded in the 90’s to include pool construction and concrete work for it’s customers. Woodwork and landscaping crews were soon to follow, making Bayrich Construction a full concept design and build landscape company.
The experience and knowledge of how to produce incredible yards for many homeowners throughout the county is what keeps the referrals going. As building and city codes change Bayrich stays ahead by constantly working with building officials and engineers. Construction processes have not changed so much, but with the advance in technology and brand new products, the recent projects have turned out more amazing than ever.
